So Christmas is finally a month behind. I've been hired full time by the future shop, which is a good thing, cause I've got some bills to pay. One goal that I'm looking forward to is woodworking. I'm slowly getting everything ready to start building things for the house. I'm starting with speakers and working my way toward harder projects. I don't have many tools left after being in China for 4 years but I'll slowly buy them and get a collection. I'm fascinated at how easy woodworking actually is. I guess man has been making things from wood for years. I'm going to be documenting everything along the way. I still need a name for the project though.

I found out that I had to purchase new cables for my mac mini. I wanted to be able to hook up my new panasonic plasma as a display device. I must say that I'm super impressed with how it looks. I can't believe how sweet this will be for video editing. Cables are nit cheap though. I needed a dvi to hdmi converter and a 4m hdmi cable to hook it all together. I'm a little tapped forthe moment so the spending has to come to an end. ... Not looking forward to bill time next month. Hahahaha.

Well to top off the Christmas celebrations I bought a new tv. I've spent the whole day playing with it.

No photos this year. I decided to skip taking family photos this year till I get myself a flash. I know it's more annoying but at least I'll get a good photo on the first shot and not have to worry about setting the damn thing up all the time ... And I just wanted to drink. Hahahaha

My Christmas lights are finally up on the house.

I have a new job with the Future Shop.  I'm now part of their connect pro team.  This means that I'll be installing home theatre systems all around Sarnia.  Whoo-hoo.

Nothing much else is going on.  I'm broke due to Christmas things coming up.  No money for more photo gear.  Maybe next year.  Someday I will own an L lens.  For now I'll have to keep going with my Macro 100MM.

I think that it's absolutely ridiculous that December is almost here.  I know that I've been away for the last 4 years but the snow is just not coming.  

Work is getting slowly better and better.  I'm now up to 3 jobs at the moment.  Maybe I'll be able to get 4th before Christmas.  My jobs are not the most demanding but I'll see if I can scratch by on them.  

My photo might be in a magazine.  I'll post more information when I get it.
